Daycare Policies SummarySmall Dog Play Area

  • Age: All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older to attend daycare
  • Vaccinations: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations including Bordetella. Owners must submit current shot records. The Bordetella vaccination is required. Although it may not protect against every strain of Canine Cough, it will protect against most.
  • Health: All dogs must be in good health.  Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days.  Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could jeopardize other guests. If a health concern arises with your pet or any other pet in the facility, we will notify everybody immediately by posting signs, sending home notes, or speaking with you directly. The staff will make every effort to become educated on the health concern so we can better direct you as to the course of action necessary. There are unavoidable viruses and conditions that we may experience by having a community of dogs together, but we will make every effort to keep them to a minimum. If your pet is coughing, has diarrhea, or is displaying any signs of being ill, please notify us prior to bringing your pet to daycare.
  • Behavior: All dogs must be non-dog and non-human aggressive. Remember, your pup will be spending time with other pets, and their safety and health are our main concern. Although there are inherent risks in all dog play we try our best to evaluate each dog and eliminate any potentially risky behaviors.
  • Application: All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved application on file.  Click here for application paperwork.
  • Reservations: Reservations are required, and enrollment will consist of at least one day per week.
  • Drop-ins: A "Drop-in" is a pet not currently enrolled and in need of daycare for 1 to 5 days.  Half-days do not apply.
  • Late Charges: The Facility closes promptly at 7pm. A pet picked up after this time is subject to a late charge of $1.00 per minute. Any pet left 30 minutes after closing will be placed in boarding and cared for overnight at a rate of $30.00 in addition to the 30 minute late charge. If the pet is left overnight, it should be picked up by 7am the next day to avoid incurring an additional boarding cost of $30.00 per day.
